Summer Bloom por Timothy Jones

Tim created Summer Bloom to be seen and used as a place of arrival or departure. A small half-bloom, breaking the frame, hints to the on going journey. The larger bloom is a metaphor for rest and reflection. A place to take a calming breath before journeying onwards.

Tim kreierte Summer Bloom, als Ort der Ankunft und des Verlassens. Eine kleine halbe Blume durchbricht den Rahmen als Symbol der unsteten Reise. Die große Blume ist eine Metapher für Ruhe und Reflektion.

Acerca de Timothy Jones

Tim was born and eductated in the USA. After graduating with honors from the San Francisco Art Institute in Conceptual Art (New Genres) he made the permanent move to Germany where has been working mostly in ceramic tableware and decoretive arts.
He often returns to his roots, photo silkscreen and fabric design, his after school and weekend job during High School.

Tim wurde in den USA geboren und ausgebildet. Nach dem Abschluss des Studiums in Coceptural Art (New Genres) am San Francisco Art Institute ging er nach Deutschland, wo er sich im Wesentlichen in Keramik Geschirr und dekorativer Kunst engagierte.
Immer wieder kehrt er jedoch zu seinen Wurzel zurück: Foto Siebdruck und Stoff-Design, sein "after school job" während der High School Zeit.
